Dried herbs, coriander stalks, woody spices and similar fibrous materials jam standard grinding equipment. Cutter mill blade geometry is specifically designed to shear these cleanly without wrapping or stalling.
Excess Fines Generation
Impact-based milling of friable or leafy materials creates too many fines, reducing yield and product value. A cutting route produces defined flake or granule geometry with controlled particle size and minimal dust.
Caking, Lumps & Agglomerates
Powders stored after drying or blending often cake into hard lumps, causing blockages and poor dosing accuracy. A delumper breaks these gently without over-grinding the underlying powder.
Poor Downstream Flow
Oversized pieces, chunks or agglomerated material block conveyors, feeders and dosing systems. Pre-sizing through granulation or delumping resolves flow issues before downstream processing.
