The MillNest Cutter Mill MCUT uses rotating blades against stationary knives to deliver clean, consistent cuts — producing defined granule geometry with minimal fines on fibrous, leafy and tough materials where impact grinding would create excessive dust.

The MCUT Cutter Mill uses rotating blades combined with stationary cutting knives to deliver a shearing cut rather than an impact. This mechanism is specifically suited to fibrous, leafy and woody materials where a hammer mill would produce excessive fine dust and poor particle geometry.

Adjustable blade clearance and interchangeable screen sizes allow control of the output particle geometry — from coarse flake to defined granule — depending on the downstream application requirement.
