The MACM Air Classifying Mill uses impact grinding combined with an integrated dynamic air classifier to achieve precise particle size control. Material is ground by impact, then immediately classified — oversize particles are returned for regrinding while on-spec fines are discharged.
This closed-loop design eliminates the need for a separate classifier unit, reduces floor footprint and delivers consistently tighter particle size distribution than standard hammer milling — particularly for fine and ultrafine applications.
